Poor support on www.remarpro.com

I reported a PHP fatal error in the export all entries feature. The response to that was not really valuable and the topic was marked as solved without a solution. I noticed that many topics are marked as solved very quickly even though they are not yet solved. I often see the following reply:

If you use the www.remarpro.com platform, make sure the support is good there too. Given the problems in the plugin and the handling of topics, this plugin only gets 2 stars from me.
