Poor Support, Not for Beginners

  • I’ve spent a month battling with Elementor. I’m using it with BuddyBoss. I’ve looked at tons of documentation and still can’t get it to do what I need it to do. Specifically, there are fields that are permanently embedded in posts that won’t go away no matter what I try. It’s not clear where you create templates or how you insert them, the videos are not helpful.

    I contacted them and they basically said nothing is there fault and I should talk to buddyboss and learn how to use the theme. I’d be happy to learn how to use it if their videos were better. They’re not complete – they show you just one piece of what you need to do, but if you’re working to build it within a buddyboss site there is ZERO follow through.

    They do great advertisements on YouTube but I wish they’d spend that money providing better support.
