Poor support lately – no responses to reported vulnerabilities

  • I really like the Side Cart and Pop-up Cart plugins, but as I use Virusdie, lately I am getting vulnerability reports for both, which are being used on live web stores for Clients.

    I have tried contacting the developer by both the support form system and email and have had nor response at all. Not sure if the plugins are even being supported any more.

    Very disappointing.
