• As a paid user myself, TranslatePress doesn’t work on some section of my website. it’s okay as they provide support. However…

I submitted ticket, received a reply blaming cache plugin where there’s no such cache or optimization plugin installed. I replied them, then no response from TranslatePress at all.

I submitted a new ticket for the same issue, quoted response from the first ticket. Then got reply from TranslatePress asking for admin credential for a check. I sent, then no response from TranslatePress since then. It’s been more than 10 days from today.

I HAVE TO ABONDONE THIS PLUGIN IF I CAN’T GET A SOLUTION DESPITE FULL PAYMENT IS MADE!

AVOID THIS PLUGIN AT ALL COST.

We apologize for the time you need to wait to get a reply from our team.

I tried looking for your ticket in our system but didn’t find it, which means it’s under another name.

These optimization plugins compress all JS files into one file, but this process can create errors when you load a page, that’s why you receive that response. Sometimes it is quite difficult to figure out at first what causes an error. @lukaszzelezny
We try to help the client as much as possible but unexpected issues can occur due to the variety of plugins that exist on the market at the moment which can create strange bugs we haven’t met before or problems that aren’t clear enough, so we need time to investigate.

@tiuniasing Please, reply to that ticket in order to know that is still an issue there. As I specified already, we didn’t find it and because of this, is not advisable to say more since I don’t know the whole problem.
