• Hello, I would like to inform all People, Please Seriously Consider before going for a premium plan of this Plugin. They have a lot of compatibility issues with this Plugin and Support will never help you to solve those issues in Premium Version also.

    Hi,

    We try to help the client as much as possible but sometimes, unexpected issues can occur due to the variety of plugins that exist on the market at the moment which can create strange behaviors we haven’t met before, problems that aren’t clear enough, or for which we don’t have a workaround/necessary resources to investigate further.
    However, these cases are very rare but need to be specified that they can appear.

    I’ve been searching in our tickets history but didn’t find yours (at least I’m not sure it’s yours). Could you give me more details about what didn’t work? Your insides will help us to find the conversation, see what we could have done better, and improve the customer experience with our support and the way in which our plugin works.
