• MailPoet 2 was delightful. MailPoet 3 has lost some functionality, and when I switched over I had to re-create all of my Welcome Emails, which was a pain. However, I will say MailPoet 3 produces responsive emails, which is a HUGE benefit. Recently I went through an issue with MailPoet support. It took 8 days to solve the problem. I got rather frustrated by the end. Eventually, MP figured out what was going on and it turned out to be a rather simple fix–an error I had done on my end–but it had me baffled. I think MailPoet support probably learned something to help others in the future who do the same thing I did. I know I certainly learned something as well. I looked forward to when MailPoet adds back in the feature to have Welcome Emails sent to imported subscribers.

Hey Lois, we’re still working on your issue. There seems to be an issue with your specific site which we need to investigate. A little patience required.
