    I like the plugin initially, so much so I paid for the PRO version but the support experience is really poor. Not only were ticket responses slow, but their responses were also cookie cutter and completely unrelated to the issues at hand where often I felt they did not even read the ticket. Finally, their licensing scheme is poor, I was never able to de-authorize my development install and move my ticket system from its test environment to a production one. Support was of course very unhelpful. I ended up moving to a completely different plugin and enough time had passed I did not qualify for a refund either.
