Poor support, even with the paid Pro version

The plugin is ok, it works out of the box, if your language is English and if you have a very simple affiliate model in mind. However the UI is overly complex and confusing. There’s no clear, average WordPress administrator oriented line, IMO.
I’ve paid for the 5 sites Pro license.
The worst part is the support system. You may post a topic in a heavily moderated support forum. If the mod doesn’t like your for helpful pointers begging post (maybe because it was critical), it won’t get published, and you won’t receive support. Period.
But even if you sugarcoat the issue you need help with, it can take days of back-and-forth Q&A until the support comes up with a solution.
This is terrible (and really unacceptable) if you’re a webmaster trying to get your site ready for prime time. It’s a super slow, almost discriminating, support system in a fast paced web oriented world.
I’m going to request a refund and I will move on to a different affiliate plugin.
