poor support and missing tons of features

I have paid plan on translatepress. Its been a months and still I haven’t received a response from them. I replied back stating I haven’t received their reply but no response at all. How can I resolve my issue in this way?

And many features are missing, like hide translated posts and only show original posts. While translating posts we have to go by each string and we can not hide some string to translate as there is no necessary to show those in translated one.

At first I like this plugin by what it says in its official site, and thought I can translate my site and can hide some translated posts as it says in its site. But that was not true.

I am stuck now on hiding some translated posts by only displaying original content and submit a ticket to help but no response from them. If I put posts URL on advance setting to hide translated posts there arises tons of problem in the site. I explained them all but did not receive reply from them.

Looks like I wasted my money, There should be a live chat for paid, at least provide chat once a months or like that.

I never thought I would give low rating for this plugin, luckily there is no less than 1 star option otherwise I would have given minus rating for this plugin.
