• Could not setup this plugin after purchasing and trying to install. I am now on my third day trying to get some help and placed nearly 5 support tickets. Support is unresponsive, incompetent, and unwilling to help. I will be issuing a chargeback for the lack of support don’t waste your time or money on this bullsh*t.

    We are very sorry to hear your frustration and the negative experience you had. However, the feedback above does not really correspond to the reality. You have experienced issues and opened your initial ticket on December 13th. We have replied to your ticked on December 15th. As it was mentioned in the ticket reply, the problem that you have encountered is not related to our plugin but it is a server problem that you need to solve on your end. The problem you have will prevent you from successful usage of not only Backup Guard plugin but also other plugins.

    We still would be very happy to assist you further and do our best to help you with resolution since we value each and every customer of our product.
