Poor support

I installed the auto post to Facebook plugin and it did work as detailed, with 1 minor exception, I also have a plugin called “postie” that allows me to shoot off an email to my WordPress and it creates a post for me.
Now as the postie creates a post with post type “post” I assumed that the auto post to Facebook plugin would see this new post and shoot it off to Facebook, well it didn’t so I went over to their support forum and posted for some help.
The reply I got back was that I didn’t authorize the plugin, well I did and it was working so I replied as such, they then replied back that they don’t have that feature… WHAT!! the feature I am wanting is the main purpose of their plugin.
So instead of battling with poor support that refuses to ask followup questions or for more detail if they didn’t quite grasp the issue, instead of blowing me off I searched for another plugin that would do the same thing as this one and guess what each of the ones I tried (over 10 of them) they all worked flawlessly and most of them had LESS features than this one.
So if you want a really good auto post to Facebook plugin then do not use this one as you will be disappointed and waste your time.
