Poor support

  • Overall theme was good but with the last update there are some issues with formatting. I can’t upload header photo and the old one doesn’t show, header height can’t be changed. Preview text in magazine mode doesn’t show over images and when you click on post image it leads only to image link. There’s a problem with youtube embedded video, width of category page and some other issues… Custom css from the previous version doesn’t make any changes in new version.

    I contacted support about a month ago and i’m still waiting for the reply. From my experience support doesn’t exist and if you have some issues you will have to solve the problem by yourself.

    For the theme i can give 4 stars but for support goes only one.

    Still waiting for the answer from support team. From July 11 there’s no answer from them. I sent three requests from that date, but without answer.
