Poor Support

Very poor support. I have had continual problems with this plug-in and the programmer. I even paid to have some custom upgrades to help work around the really annoying issues but was eventually told he wasn’t able to do it. I am STILL waiting for my refund. After numerous prompts via email I get an extremely rude, childish response. Not a good way to run a business. I would never use anything from him again. Save the hassle and your money, there are plenty of fine plug-ins where you won’t have to deal with this kind of nonsense.
