poor support

  • The slide change icons not visible in Firefox when the slide is a video, the video playing does not stop the slide from changing and stopping the video…. slow response, bad support.

  • Looks like you only posted in the support forum twenty minutes before posting a bad review? That hardly seems like a “bad support.”

    I am actually referring to all the other support threads which sit un-answered. Feel free to remove my review if you feel it is unfair, looking at the other support threads for the same plugin.

    I agree, they just send condescending emails no help
