Poor subscription model

  • The lite version THAT YOU STILL PAY FOR is sparse at best. It’s a waste of time and money because you get so little functionality. Instead of having levels based on functionality, WP Forms should have levels based on number of allowed submissions per month.

    I’m sorry for any confusion — WPForms Lite is 100% free and has no fees.

    The next level up, our Basic paid license level, comes with a suite of features including Entry Management, Conditional Logic, Advanced Fields, Multi-page forms, and more.

    The reason why we don’t charge based on the number of allowed submissions is because we don’t track your submissions (you have 100% privacy when using WPForms) unlike other SaaS solutions.
