    After less than one day, I requested a refund because of an unforeseen issue with my site. The developer (or their support person), took nearly a week to reply. He said I could “sell the plugin” if I wanted to which I thought was very unprofessional, but he refused to refund the purchase. If you are looking for a versatile booking plugin, I would definitely select a different one that offers a no-strings-attached refund period, a professional, prompt support team and a plugin that delivers on its promises of being user-friendly. Buyer beware when it comes to this plugin. There’s a valid reason for the other 1 star ratings.

    I hope you’re doing well. 

    First of all, I would like to inform you that our Timetable and Event Schedule plugin doesn’t have any booking functionality, which means that it doesn’t allow your website visitors to book events that you display in your timetable. Second, the plugin is a free timetable solution. So I’m not sure which booking plugin and what refund you’re referring to.

    May we have some clarification on this matter, please? Thank you!?
