Poor setup instructions

  • Poor setup instructions, very difficult to use in sandbox mode or live mode.

    I couldn’t understand the information I am entering is to create a WooPayments account or Stripe account (which I already have).

    Please put your self in the shoes of the user and you will see that the setup is lacking clear steps and informations.

    I’m sorry to hear you had some trouble with setting up your WooPayments account.

    WooPayments was built in partnership with Stripe so when you signup, a Stripe Express account is automatically created for you behind the scenes.

    If you already have a Stripe Standard account then we often recommend using Stripe for WooCommerce and link it to your active account.
