Poor quality image on Carousel

    The images look the correct quality to me – they are not being stretched at all (the images have been resized by WordPress to 360×230 and they are being displayed at 360×230).

    If you make that change you will need to force Meta Slider to create new images, you could do that by either deleting the 360×320 files on the server (which will force them to be regenerated) or increase the height of the slideshow by 1px.
