Poor Pro Support

  • I purchased the pro version and wanted one thumbnail to open the gallery in the lightbox so I submitted a ticket in their Pro Support Forum. Here was their response:

    But we are not able to provide you more customization only in 10$

    I’m pretty sure it would probably be a very simple thing to code a limit on the number of thumbnails from a gallery to show.
