  • Your regret is shared by many others. Do yourself a favour and get a refund or hire a developer to help guide you because the plugin itself is quite usable with allot of features that can be customised.

    In your case this developer is responsible to honor premium support but cannot maintain the pace because they obviously refuse to hire more technical staff because they are consumed by greed ! Some people wait months for a reply and their business suffers or cannot even start. Good luck !

    I am a developer myself, but it’s one thing to develop, for example, relying on woocommerce docks where you can find everything, another is this plugin, where there is no normal documentation, and I bought premium in order to have access to technical support, they say that after payment they are ready to help, they answered me today they say buy a third-party plugin and do as you want, that’s all their technical support
