• The plugin doesn’t even allow you to set your own email address for “From” field without upgrading. I downloaded but couldn’t even test it. I understand you have to make a living so you need to sell the plugin. I am the guy who buys plugin and a lots of them.

Why wouldn’t you even allow the user to try it? I wouldn’t try it with your email address and all your information on the email footer! Worst plugin I have ever seen.

It is really sad for a plugin developer to read your review calling my plugin “worst I have ever seen”. I’ve volunteered a lot of my time to create and maintain a free plugin that delivers features available only in paid services for collection of customer reviews.

Unlike other developers, I didn’t exclude any features from the free version of the plugin. So, free and premium versions of the plugin have the same set of features. The only difference is that you cannot white label the free version of the plugin because it uses predefined branding elements (such as an email address). Honestly, I don’t even see a point in changing the default email address because it gives your customers an indication that reviews are collected by an independent third party rather than the shop manager. It increases trustworthiness of the collected reviews.

You wrote that you would like to try my plugin but you couldn’t. This statement doesn’t really make sense to me because the free version of the plugin allows you not just to try all the features of the plugin but also use these features on a regular basis for free. The free version is fully functional and highly effective in automated collection of authentic reviews (proved by shop owners using my plugin).

What you are asking for is white labelling of the plugin and possibility to use branding of your shop. It is not related to features of the plugin and unfortunately not possible in the free version.

My suggestion is that you should try the free version for some time and then see if you need the premium version at all. It is likely that you decide that the free version is good enough for you and that you don’t need the premium one.
