poor out of the box experience

First feature that I tried after creating a category and project was “duplicate project,” which is important to many who look for a PM platform to have a “template” or “cloning” feature. Does not work. In-progress spinner just sits there. No errors thrown to the php log either. How is this product tested? I had high hopes, but this is not a good start.
