Poor Optimization

Why this script loads across website………

themes/accesspress-mag/js/jquery.bxslider.min.js

I disabled Slider……..on my website homepage there is no slider……..but this script still loads everywhere……………

Ideally the scrip should be called only on homepage where slider block appears…..

This theme requires optimization……….

Free or Pro Both have the same problem………..
