    Hi,

When viewing the page on mobile it presents very poorly when you expand or zoom in…the content in the pdf is hard to read so obviously ppl will zoom in but when you do that it gets hidden behind other elements on the page. It’s a very weird UI…

I can send you an actual link privately if you would like. But here is a link so you get the idea – https://share.getcloudapp.com/NQuDo2A9

In the image what you are seeing is a slider that is supposed to be at the bottom of the page laying on top of the flip book. This slider is on almost if not every page on the site with no similar issues on mobile. And this is happening when the flip book gets enlarged to full screen on mobile. Thanks!

    Hi,

IOS doesn’t provide fullscreen API and what we use is a custom-built workaround to bring the flipbook to a bigger size. But gets interrupted by other elements of the page that use a very high value of z-index.

In such cases, we recommend using lightboxes.

I apologize but I do not understand. So what do I need to do to make the user experience better?

    Hi,
Currently, you are using a normal shortcode that creates an embed flipbook.

You can use thumb or button shortcodes that use lightboxes.
    [dflip id=”1023″ type=”thumb”][/dflip]
    [dflip id=”1023″ type=”button”][/dflip]

You can find these shortcodes in the top right panel “shortcode” inside your flipbook post.

Lightboxes are best when users are not aware of managing layouts on a website and the website can easily cramp and misinterpret the layout for an embedded flipbook.

Lightbox flipbook are highly immune to page misconfiguration and thrid party CSS layouts.

    Best,
    DearHive
