• The plugin set up instructions are minimalistic and the developer does not provide support.

    The most critical part – exactly what and exactly how needs to be inserted in the script window to block the cookies when there is no consent – has been left pretty much to the user’s imagination (or developer knoweldge).

    I have asked for more information on dFactory’s own support forum few days ago, then again, wrote a direct email to them (twice) – still no response.

    There are questions on dFactory’s support forum posted 3-4 weeks ago – with NO reply. They include important issues such as claims that this plugin is actually NOT fully GDPR compliant.

    With this sort of bad attitude to customer support – don’t bother downloading this plugin.
