Poor functionality

  • Text boxes would not show up, then changes would not update. I deleted it and will not be using it until the issues are fixed. Points for being very customizable and free to use with mailchimp.

    Hi pm12345,

    Its just that the fields are not set. Follow the following steps please.
    Click edit button against your form,
    Set your fields,
    Click OK, then Update Options.
