Poor deliverability rate

    We have a problem with sending on cbsport.dk. On the helpsite it write:

    Our support team to have your account reviewed and check if it’s possible to reactivate the sending.

    But I can’t find any places to contact support. Is it possible here?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    From what I see, your free license is working for the domain cbsport.dk is working. The thing that is missing is to add an authorized address from your website’s domain as the emails you have authorized are from a different domain.

    Do you have any email such as [email protected]? If so, can you add it as an authorized address and check if all works well?
