poor customization options in this version

Do you want your pages full width meaning without any padding on either side or full width as in without a sidebar?
The second one can be achieved in the Lite version natively, by selecting the wide page layout from the page’s options.

The page is full width, it just has some padding on both sides to make it look better.

However, if you want it full width completely, you can achieve that by removing the padding through CSS. We would have been more than happy to point you in the right direction and help you save time if you had opened a ticket about this here on the support forum or through our website: https://cpothemes.com/

it’s not full width, but limited to 1180.
2. I don’t have wide page layout in the page’s options, just with or without a sidebar.

btw. what’s the point of changing bg color when one can’t change fg?

1. Yes, you are absolutely correct, this was just the choice in design for the Lite version for better consistency.
It can be overwritten with custom CSS.
If you send me your website’s url and let me know for which pages you want the full width option, I can write it for you.

2. I apologize for the confusion, I meant you can achieve that wide page layout by checking the ‘no sidebar’ option in the page’s options.

3. I am not sure I understand this last question, can you please explain a bit more?
