    Hi,

Can you provide more details about your website, the issue you are having and the solutions we have offered.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

We were able to identify you and I see that we have offered you to submit the translated sub-domains to Google Webmaster tools to speed up the indexing process.

Unfortunately we do not control how and when Google decides to index your website.

To check if your website is indexed in Google you can search for “site:de.example.com” and see the German index.

If you notice any issues in Google Webmaster tools about your translated pages we can check them by inspecting the URLs in Google Console and find out any issues Google reports.

Currently I see that you have indexed pages in Google for Italian, Spanish, German.

We just translate your website and allow search engines to index them, if you think that we are doing something wrong, please be more specific.

    Thanks! ??

    Hi

I have purchased your plugin for almost 5months and I have contacted your after-sales four times about no indexing of my website. Every time they gave me a different guide and all don’t work. Why can’t you provide a complete guideline about indexing your translated pages as you have mentioned clearly in your service( Search engine indexing)?

The last time they told me I should add each subdomain to google console property. The third time they told me I should visit each page manually to make google index my translated pages. The second time they told me I should submit the site map of each language. The first time they told me I should wait to see. Why don’t provide all guide lines when I ask you the first time? Now 5motnhs past, there are still very few pages indexed. And your colleague told me indexing is a long procedure. Now I have to submit each page manually to make them index by google because no better solutions provided by you.

I bought this plugin because it include serch engine indexing. But the result is very bad, I even don’t want to give you one star.

    Hi,

It is not required to take any action to make your translated pages indexed after you configure the paid option and add the language switcher on your website. However if you are not satisfied how fast search engines index your pages, we recommend submitting your website to Google Webmaster Console and also providing a sitemap, sometimes it speeds up the process. We have provided you a guide to do that.

I already see indexed translated pages in multiple languages.

If you notice any error reports in Google Webmaster tools, let us know to check them for you.

I understand that you want search engines to index every page on your website, but it is out of our control unfortunately. It depends on your website content and many other factors including external links to your website, how much traffic you have, etc.

Our job is to translate your website and allow search engines to access the translations and index them and we do that for you.

    Thanks!
