• I purchased the professional version of this plug in which says it would allow for custom booking forms for different locations. I kept trying to create different booking forms by setting different categories for each form, but all four of my booking forms look exactly the same. The category setting function does not work so all the booking forms look the same.

    Customer service contacted me right away after I posted this and tried to fix the issue. First, it was that my wordpress theme was over riding the plugin. However, customer service fixed the issue so it has been working fine.

    Actually, I think that i found it, you have opened about 13 hours ago. If that’s the case, I’m sorry, we are not able to offer a faster support, we use to reply within few hours to all replied that’s why i found your review really strange.

    Just to recap: I’d love to help you, but.. if you’re looking for a faster support I don’t think we can help to much because you posted a negative review just because you didn’t get a reply within a reasonable time-frame.

    I think you must be based in a different time zone. I submitted the request Wednesday evening Pacific Time with no response until I posted in this forum. You can check the time stamp again. It has been over 36 hours and still no fix. Ticket number 3075. Looking forward to hearing from you how to fix the plugin.

    So is the problem fixed? Should I download the plugin again?

    all the issues related to the paid version will be replied only through our support ticket system. it’s again the WordPress policy to offer support for the Paid plugin.

    So.. we would need to resolve that issue via ticketing system.
