Poor CS and changes without notification

No notice of changes to the plugin.. ALL my client’s sites just lost all their custom fields POOF!!! I have recommended Bookly for a long time now since day 1, NOW?.. no.
And Customer Service is non-existent -“EMAIL ONLY” policy for support means you just put a bullet in your product—-and the responses seem “canned” (you can see them in this forum) and don’t address the issue when clearly stated.. WAHAAAAAAAAAA??.. death of your product soon to follow.. looking for a new solution now!
