Poor Conversion

    Hi Chetna,
    First, I am having very poor conversion rate lately with AC. The emails are going out but very few are completing to order, well almost none, except today which is the first time in 18 days at 200 abandoned carts a day.

    Two customers yesterday have told me that the modal popup is not recognising their email address and prevents adding to cart.

    I’ve now disabled the mandatory option and one customer (who told me) has managed to go through to place the order.

    Also, I get multiple emails each day of my own abandoned order I left uncompleted, aren’t the emails mean’t to stop after 2 or 3? It must really piss potential customers off.

    have you any ideas on these issues please?
