Poor compatibility. Condescending creator. Bad mix.

Plugin is not compatible with several themes. Apparently, it can’t be used by any theme that also uses Twitter Bootstrap. Of course, the plugin creator thinks that is a problem with Twitter Bootstrap and not his plugin. Rather than taking the time to make his plugin compatible, he would rather talk down to people and make snarky comments about proven WordPress applications.

When the plugin works, it looks cool. But, it will crash in Chrome and in Safari. Firefox plays well with it. But, who can afford to have a plugin on their site that might crash on half of the browsers out there? And, who wants to waste their time dealing with a plugin creator who places the blame for bugs on other applications without detailing how to fix the problems?

BTW, the creators also seem to want to carry on their conversations at GitHub rather than on the WordPress site. I guess that allows them to go around the WordPress moderators and not be called out as often.
