Poor

  • Worst contact form I’ve used. Sending test messages through it took hours to receive (sometimes four or five hours!). Also nearly lost important message because it didn’t include the senders email address by default which is just madness! Not spending anymore time with this as feel really weary I will lose messages through it.

  • The plugin is working for me on many different websites and several different servers. Any issue you have is almost certainly due to something on your local WP install. For email issues see Contact Form 7 Email Issues.

    It’s not the plugin that decides how much time it takes to deliver your messages. It’s about the php mail function of your hosting, the way your domain name is handled, and so on. The contact form use the same function as WP default messaging.
