This review is a bit misleading, as the plugin includes options to set the automatic post update frequency for each feed: https://prnt.sc/PL5caxUaAZXr
However, there are certain aspects that could interfere with the automatic feed update. To name a few:
— Server restrictions from your hosting provider
— Certain settings from your security plugin
— Temporary Instagram issues that are not related to the plugin
