    also I don’t know if its a multi language issue but when the email is introduced on the secundary language page, the send will redirect to the default language and at the end it will say there is no data, when there actually is ?? can you help?

    Sorry, I think I mentioned this elsewhere and overlooked this thread. Polylang support is something we definitely need to add, but I can’t say for sure when exactly.

    Meanwhile, if you can do any additional analysis as to what is happening there right now, that would always be helpful.

    ok, right now, the site is ENG & Spanish with ENG as primary language, so if someone ask for their info on the Spanish page of Privacy tools, when you click submit, the url goes to the ENG Version, the email arrives in English and says there is no data to download
