POLYLANG: problems with translation

I have 3 different webs and I like the Polylang plugins, cause I prefere to translate my own page. Whetever sometimes I can see some problems with Polylang. I dunno why really.
What doesn’ t work is :

– sometimes when I open the language menu, I can not see the flags
– sometimes when i open https://www.nameweb.com it does not start from the language I choose as first (everytime is english) and if I go to the menu and select English can not enter into it.
