• Hello, I have been enjoying the Polylang plugin for a few years now and been really happy with it, but it has been causing me some really serious issues in the past few days (the url I mentioned is just an example, it’s the same for my entire website). Basically it doesn’t let me edit my posts/pages. I realized Polylang was the culprit by deactivating all my plugins and turning them back on one by one. When Polylang is activated I am unable to make any edits on my posts/pages ; any edit I try to make is not being saved by WordPress (changing a single word, switching the editor from classic to blocks, etc.). When I deactivate the Polylang plugin, I can make all the edits I want without any problem and the edits are being saved. But the weirdest thing is that if I edit a page/post with Polylang deactivated (change a word, switch the editor from classic to blocks), save the edit (and I can see the page/post being updated on my live website), as soon as I reactivate Polylang it cancels the edit I just made ??. It seems that Polylang saved a version of my posts/pages and doesn’t let me make any change… can you help?

    Hello,

Could you deactivate all your plugins and custom code, switch to a default theme and test with only Polylang? You shouldn’t have any problem. Then activate your theme, other plugins and possibly your custom code and check which is the other part of the conflict.
