Polylang plugin must be activated for Add Polylang support for Customizer plugin

    Hi.
Not so long ago there was a problem. After logging in, the following message appears on the site's admin panel every morning: Polylang plugin must be activated to work Add Polylang support for Customizer plugin. Please activate it now!
When you click the link to activate the plugin, nothing happens.
Although the plugin is activated. In this case, the plugin does not work and the lines on the main page of the site are not translated. I have to deactivate it and reactivate it. Only after that does it start to work. And so every morning. Please help.

    Please read this and provide more information on your environment.

    We can’t reproduce the same issue on neither free and pro version of Polylang plugin, but we will look into it asap.

    Please open https://yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=mlang and make screenshot where this message is shown, to prove that it really doesn’t work while Polylang is activated (change yourwebsite.com with your actual domain name).

    For a couple of days, the message about gently activating the plugin did not appear. Reappeared today. No action was taken with the site. Here is a link to the screenshot

    Now the data for the main page is taken from the cache. It is worth updating the cache and the translation of the main page will stop working. Please, help

    @skyexpress since we couldn’t reproduce the same issue, could you please provide relative path to polylang plugin?

    Our plugin reads by default only these two official plugin index files in these paths:

    1. wp-content/plugins/polylang/polylang.php
    2. wp-content/plugins/polylang-pro/polylang.php

    Can you please manually check that these folders and files indeed exist? If they don’t there is slight chance you’re using nullified/unofficial Polylang plugin copy.

    At this point I would appreciate if you could join our Discord support server and maybe stream the issue, since we can’t reproduce it. We will be able to help you resolve this much quicker since there are no pin points to start debugging from.
