Polylang Language Flags gone after update to FLASH 1.2.9

You may go to your?Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS
Add this to the Additional CSS:

.pll-parent-menu-item a img {
   width: 40px;
   padding: 5px 10px;
}

Horizontally are showing only names of languages without flags https://abroadinvestment.com/

I would like to show only flags of the languages in main menu horizontally one by one. How can I fix it?

thank you very much for the code. Dropdown menu works out fine now.
Which code do I have to add, if I choose the language selection not by dropdown (language change by click on flag or name) – therefor it dosn′t work.
