Hi, There is an issue with The Event Calendar Free + Polylang (and ajax views). I’ve created 3 translated versions of events. When I try to change the month it hides the days in Month view and shows all the translated events. When I refresh the page, everything is fine until next month or List change. There is no option to refresh on every click on calendar (no ajax) …

Everything is with last versions, I’ve tried with all modules deactivated and with standard themes (I’m using Neve here) and nothing changed. The version of PH is 7.4, when I change it to 8.0 (ot higher) it gives a warning in the day field in month view –

Warning: Undefined array key “Tuesday” in …/class-wp-locale.php on line 301

    Can you suggest a fix?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @sashomi77,

Thanks for getting in touch with us!

I’m afraid the support for Polylang actually comes from its developer and only when using Polylang PRO. Since we didn’t create the plugin or its integration abilities, it would be best to reach out to their developers –https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/guide/translating-the-events-calendar/#wpml-support.

Also, note that warnings are not errors but messages showing something that needs to be improved but not stopping your site from working correctly. You can make those errors stop showing by disabling the debug mode on your wp-config.php file. Refer to – How To Enable & Disable WordPress Debug Mode.

    I hope that helps.

    Thank you for the answer.
I already know I need help from the developer or someone who came accross the same bug and fixed it. This is more like to show there is a bug, if someone from the team looks at the forum. There is no option to contact them at the links you gave me. I know that they do support only Polylang PRO users, and still there is a bug in the module and I reported it where I can.
As for the warning, I wrote it for some more info about the issue. I am on PHP 7.4 and there is no frontend warning. Still on every click there is a problem with the module and Polylang-ed events.

    Best regards
