polylang for woocommerce VAT issue

I am trying to purchase the polylang for woocommerce and it produce the error: “Error: The?VAT number?you have entered has not been validated”.

1. Is the VAT number a required field?
2. Even if I fill with our company VAT it produces another error: “The company name associated with the VAT number provided is not the same as the company name provided.”
