Polylang / Elementor form not being submitted in 2nd language

Hi

Hoping someone can help.

I created 2 popups that include an elementor form – one is being loaded though the menu the other though a button.

On the main language the popups are working as expected. Forms are being sent successfully and site is being redirected.

On the secondary language the popups work and they come up – but when filling out the form the and clicking on next – the page refreshes – the submission is not being collected – actions after submit do not work.

From what I see in debug mode – I click on the button in the main language there are no errors – if I click on the button in the secondary language I get this error. –
