Polylang don’t display flag and corect name of languages in menu

  • I first configured “loco translate” and then “Polylang” but I have a problem. When I open the menu, neither the name nor the flag appear but a generic “languages”.
    I think I have configured the Polylang plugin correctly but this problem remains. If I click on the various items the site goes correctly to the localized page, the problem remains in the menu.
    My Theme is “Applay”

    “languages” is the name of menu and it repeat it inside the drop-down menu instead of putting the names of the various languages. For example, if I change language in Italian I have in menu “lingua” and in drop-down menu 3 buttons with “lingua” and not the name of three languages I put in site
