Polylang detects too many information

You are misusing the usage of pll_e() which has only one parameter. And it is probably the same for pll_register_string(). See the doc: https://polylang.wordpress.com/documentation/documentation-for-developers/functions-reference/

That said, you shouldn’t use these 2 functions for hardcoded strings, but rather the standard internationalization functions of WordPress and then use poedit or loco translate to translate your strings.
