• Hello,

I have been using the Polylang plugin for quite a while and I would like to congratulate you- it is purely amazing!

I recently installed the Userpro plugin and it did not work properly. After a careful investigation, I discovered that when Polylang is disabled, everything is ok. The problem can be seen on this page: https://www.eatstaylovebulgaria.com/en/members/. When you click on a member’s page it says “Page not found”.

The thing is that I really need to use those exact two plugins and can’t afford to change. Can someone give me a hand please?

    Hi!

I am sorry but I can’t help with a premium plugin. Did you ask the userpro authors if they support any multilingual plugin?

Thank you for responding! Of course I have – that was the first thing I did! They claim however that the problem is with Polylang, as opposed to with their plugin…

We are seriously desperate, being pushed by some deadlines. I am willing to pay and get this resolved asap. Please, let me know how I can proceed. Hiring an external PHP developer that knows nothing about neither one of the architecture of the plugins seems a ridiculous idea… Please, tell me what to do…

    same problem here …
user pro is indeed a good plugin, until you want to support multi language !
    then it’s the worst !
