Hello, i liked your plug in a lot, i think is the most useful cookie plug in i tried.

    I have 3 problems:

    • I cant translate the text and the checkboxes via loco or poly
    • If i choose a specific page for cookie policy page, when i change language i cant see the link of the page in the other language
    • If i check the Block Google Tag Manager checkbox not all cookies are disabled, it would be a perfect scenario to scan and find all cookies and disable them all.

Also it would be great to add html tags i the main text box.

    Regards

    Hello @theo93,

I’m feeling the “translation” problem really important, I will solve it as soon as possible.
In this moment I have done some tests with WPML but I do not like the result, so I’ll make some changes trying to make the (admin) ux experience better.
These changes will permit to insert HTML code, too.

Could you tell me the site where do you get GTM problem?

    Thanks for your post, Nicola.

Thank you for the fast response.

Personally i find the admin ux pretty good.

There is no problem with the GTM cookies, it blocks them and works perfect, the problem is with cookies from others, i cant find a way to block them.

Also a good upgrade will be if you change a bit the css of the plugin, it is so good but the css rules are a bit messy.

    Keep up the good work.
    Regards.

@theo93 the UX problems are related to the translations with WPML.
You will see some changes ??

If you tell me the site where you find the non blocked cookies, I’ll make a fast check to understand the problem.
Please, email me the link of your site (info[-at-]nicolamodugno[-dot-]it) referring to this thread.

What do you think that are messy? The CSS rules themselves or the way to manage that rules?

    Thank you for the feedback.

    Hello @theo93,
I just released the version 2.1.0 of the plugin that solves the UX problems with the banner translations.
When the plugin detects that the site is published in multiple languages with WPML or Polylang, it activates an option to insert the content of the banner in a mask similar to that for posts and pages. In this way, it will be possible to insert the translations of the contents following the normal translation procedure of the mentioned plugins.
You can also add html tags in the fields now ??

    Hello @shark986

Thank you very much for your reply.

You have done a great job.

    Greetings

    Hello, @ihasanov
To be able to create my website on my own language I had installed a loco translate plug-in to my website https://www.nursach.com. Recently, I also wanted to install a multilingual plug-in Polylang to be able to create a Russian and English version of my site. But after installation and activation of the plug-in, my site became unrecognizable. I had to deactivate and remove this plug-in to make my site look like before.
Are these two plug-ins incompatible? What have I done wrong? How can I solve the problem?

I’m trying to do my best to maintain and support Smart Cookie Kit. You are absolutely welcome @ihasanov ??
If i’m right, the issue was caused by the plugin from version 2.1.1 to 2.1.2, it was not a your mistake.
    Keep me updated ??
