Ok – it does work if we place the iframe code in but we have hundreds of posts (maybe more) that have the short code in it

It will be a huge pain to have to replace all the short codes with iframe codes and teach all of our users (many thousands) to use the iframe code instead.

It would be really nice if the plugin could work as intended.

Can you send us a few of the pages that have the code inside, we didn’t find the code in the previous page you sent.

Since there is no sign of the shortcode in the links you’ve shared above, there can be number of potential reasons for the shortcodes to stop working.
It is important to mention that generally speaking there is no problem we are aware of with the latest update of the plugin and shortcodes are still working in plenty other sites.

I would suggest to start by:
1. I suggest to first verify that the plugin is indeed active (In your admin plugins page)

2. If OpinionStage plugin is active, the reason may be another plugin that have been lately installed or updated and reason caused this issue. I suggest to go over your plugins and disable them one-by-one and see if the shortcode works again.

Just to verify, the plugin is indeed active on all sites (there are several sites that it isn’t working on) and no new plugins added recently.
