POLL not showing on the site : (

I added WP-Polls to my site, everything seemed to look good, but when I go to my site, no poll is showing.

I went under “Poll Templates”, and under “Poll Misc Templates”, it reads as: Sorry, there are no polls available at the moment.

Still under “Poll Templates”, under “Poll Error”, it reads as: An error has occurred when processing your poll.

How do I fix this???
