I created a new poll which has the shortcode “[yop_poll id=”1″]”.
When I insert the shortcode into a new Gutenberg Shortcode Block and publish the post, the poll doesn’t show in the front-end.

I already enabled “Load using AJAX” and cleared the cache using WP rocket. What am I doing wrong? And is there another way to embed YOP polls in the front-end?

    Hello

Can you share a link to the page that has the poll so we can troubleshoot this?

Hi, thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately I can’t share a link because it’s a staging server (.htaccess-protected).

We haven’t had any issues when using Gutenberg Shortcode block.

So I am thinking it’s something specific to your website.

Can the link be shared via email?

Because of safety reasons, I’m afraid we can’t do that. We will try some further troubleshooting ourselves and will come back to you if the problem still persists. Thanks!

    I understand.

In case you are familiar with inspector, can you see if there are any errors?
Since you are loading the poll with ajax, a request is made to the server to get the details of the poll.

Maybe the request is failing and this is why nothing is displayed?
